Lynnette Somers

Lynnette has extensive experience gained throughout her 25 years in the industry.

Starting her career in the Estate Agency sector in 1995, she moved to Kevin Foreman Associates (KFA) in 2005 and gained her degree in Real Estate the following year. She gained her accreditation as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2010, when she also joined Bridgehouse Property Consultants.

In 2014 Bridgehouse Valuation Services was formed as subsidiary of Bridgehouse Property Consultants, where Lynnette was originally a shareholder but has since become the sole Director.

Lynnette lives in Solihull with her husband and two boys, and on the rare occasions she is not chasing around after them she is found with a glass of prosecco in her hand surrounded by her three sisters and friends.

Nigel Bain

Nigel Bain is a Chartered Surveyor and a RICS Registered valuer with over 40 years’ experience in the residential sector.

For many years Nigel carried out valuations and home buyer reports for mortgage lenders, before joining Bridgehouse in 2014.

Nigel lives in Warwick and has two grown up sons, and recently welcomed his first grandchild into the world. On the days he is not working or refurbishing his house he can be found trying to get his handicap down on the golf courses of the West Midlands.
