The development comprises of 56 homes built on the former school site by Wyre Forest Community Housing.
We provided valuation advice in relation to the land, property values and market rents. Building has already started on site and is expected to be fully completed in March 2021.


Pickersleigh Grove, Malvern
A mix of two, three and four bedroom homes on the former council estate for a mix of shared ownership, affordable and social rented.
Pickersleigh Grove formerly occupied non-traditional houses with some being owner-occupied. We negotiated and bought back the properties on behalf of Platform to enable redevelopment. In addition to this we provided valuation advice for the new homes to include land, market values, market rents and 1999 existing use values.


Radbrook Village, Shrewsbury
A unique development in Shrewsbury by Floreat Homes on the former college site.
An impressive development of new and refurbished properties in Shrewsbury to include a mix of 3,4 and 5 bedroom homes along with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the renovated Rabrook Hall. Bridgehouse has provided valuation advice to include property values, market rents and land values.

Bridgehouse has provided valuation advice in connection with the purchase of the land, market values, 1st January 1999 existing use values and market and affordable rents. Completion is planned for summer 2021.


Chevenham Close, Colwall, Malvern
A former sheltered scheme in Colwall is being replaced with a mix of 4 x 1 bed apartments, 8 x 2 bed apartments and 6 x 2 bed cottages for shared ownership.
We provided valuation advice for the land, market values, market and affordable rents and 1st January 1999 values.


Blythe Valley, Solihull
Blythe Valley is a new development being built by Crest Nicholson with a mix of 1,2,3,4 and 5 bedroom homes.
We have provided Bromford with valuation advice in relation to the market values, 1st January 1999 values and market and affordable rents for the S106 plots.


Spirit Quarters, Coventry
Spirit Quarters is a large multi-million regeneration development that has been built by Citizen Housing Group and Keepmoat Homes for mixed tenure housing.
Since 2006 Citizen have demolished 500 homes and built 900 new homes and Bridgehouse has provided valuation advice to Citizen with regards to the affordable rent, market rents, 1st January 1999 existing use values and land values.
